Quick FAQ

I am an international delegate and need an invitation letter for funding or visa purposes. How do I get one?

How does the hotel payment work?
We pay for the hotel when we get there (or check out).  WLE has a 30% discount. We will need to pay in cash, bank check, or paypal. There will be more information to registrants as we draw closer.  In the meantime, you only need to reserve a room, not pay for it. 

What airport should I be flying into?
The nearest airport to Tagaytay City is the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). For more information about NAIA, you may click this link: https://www.manila-airport.net/. We encourage you to land at NAIA. 

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
International attendees please to send their arrival details such as date, time, and terminal to Joyce Wilson Tagoe at stickeyvibes4jwt@gmail.com. She is coordinating airport pickups. 

At the end of the conference, international attendees will arrange transportation back to the airport through conference hosts.  Airport and other destination travel will be paid by attendees with arrangements made through conference hosts.  We have an unofficial estimate that the fare is around $20 from the airport to the hotel and 3-4 people can share that.
